Brilliant service, first for my wife, who had a window jammed and then me, with stones in my brake pad. Both were sorted immediately on arrival, efficiently and with a smile, and fitted in around other bigger jobs. Can't think we've ever had better or faster service from a garage. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend The Workshop in Alton. Needed urgent repair on my vehicle. Arrived early on Friday morning without appointment. Daniel was able to fit me in, although he was fully booked before bank holiday Monday. Professional service, friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing service. Everyone who I dealt with were incredible. From Heather on reception, to Dan, the manager, and everyone else in between — they were all brilliant. Their communication was superb and their level of customer service was beyond anything I've ever received… They went above and beyond… they even did several hours of labour free of charge, which they really didn't have to do. They did it out of pure kindness. 5 stars all round!

From the outset the customer service was excellent. Heather on reception clearly loves her job, she is friendly, polite and professional, very pleasant to deal with and kept me updated. My car was fixed within two days… Highly recommend going here, all the staff are friendly.
